Adedeji Adeyinka, PhD

Chairman

Dr. Yinka Adedeji is a fervent finance professional who served as the Group Divisional Head of Digital Banking for the UBA Group before joining the board of Prosperis Holdings Ltd as a Non-Executive Director.

He holds a BSc (First Class) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria; an MSc and PhD in Polymer Physics from Case Western Reserve University, USA; and a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Finance from the State University of New York.

He was a Post Doctorate Fellow at the Chemical Engineering Department of the University of Minnesota, USA. He has served on several Executive Committees at UBA Bank and as an advisory member of the boards of Payment Card Schemes. He championed the start-up of the Mobile Money business as a subsidiary of UBA, AfriPay Ltd., and acted as MD/CEO of AfriPay Ltd. from July 2009 to March 2011.

He is an investor in start-up businesses like Maximus Academy (elementary school), VFD Group (Alternative Financial Services Holding Company), Prosperis Holdings Company (Venture Capital and Financial Services), Atiat Insurance Brokers, and TalFargas (KwikCredit).

Kayode Fadahunsi

Vice Chairman

Kayode is an ardent finance professional with over 23 years of experience spanning Principal Investment, Capital Markets, and Investor Relations. He holds an MBA from the University of Lagos and a BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University.

He has also completed the Chief Executive Programme (“CEP 25”) and Senior Management Programme (“SMP 35”) at Lagos Business School, Pan African University, Lagos, and is currently undergoing the Owners President Management Program (“OPM 58”) at Harvard Business School.

Samson Adekunle

Director

Samson Adekunle is a certified Risk Analyst (CRA®); Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE); Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS); SEC licensed Compliance Officer & Fellow – GAFM® (Global Academy of Finance & Management); and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (ACISI).

He has over 11 years of experience in the financial services industry, spanning Banking & Capital Market, with core expertise in Strategy, Business Development, and Enterprise-wide Risk Management.

Samson, a Venture Capitalist in training, obtained his MBA and first degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and an Executive Certificate in Innovation and Commercialization from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is also an Affiliate Member of the Professional Risk Managers International Association.

Efe Shaire

Director

Efe Shaire is the Group CEO of AVA Capital Group. He is an entrepreneurial executive with extensive C-suite exposure and a proven track record in helping clients achieve corporate and capital market objectives effectively. He has demonstrated success in leading international and multi-disciplinary teams, encompassing clients, advisors, regulators, and internal stakeholders, to deliver both financial and non-financial goals.

Efe has over 20 years of professional experience spanning investment banking and capital markets, and has led teams and executed transactions across Nigeria, East, and Southern Africa. He also has sectoral experience covering Financial Institutions, Industrials, Telecoms Media and Technology (TMT), and FMCG, with experience in the full spectrum of investment banking products – M&A, Equity Capital Markets, and Debt Solutions.

He was instrumental in building, growing, and positioning Absa’s East Africa Investment Banking (IB) franchise. He successfully closed six transactions across M&A, ECM, and Debt Solutions in the TMT, FI, FMCG, and industrials space for clients including Vodacom Group, Vodacom Tanzania, ARM Cement, and Etisalat (now 9mobile). He was a senior member of the Sub-Saharan Africa investment banking team responsible for driving origination and execution of transactions across core IBD products in West Africa.

Efe graduated from Ambrose Alli University, Edo State, in 2001 with a B.Sc. in Biochemistry. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and also possesses a certificate in Strategic Management: Connected Strategy from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, obtained in August 2020. He has also completed the Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership program from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Olayinka Olajuwon

Non-Executive Director

Olayinka Olajuwon is a Non-Executive Director at Jabetza Realty, with over 25 years of experience in commercial and corporate law. His expertise spans civil and commercial litigation, real estate advisory, oil and gas services, financial services, FINTECH, telecommunications, and legal consultancy, with an extensive network across Nigeria and internationally.

He has represented clients in prominent cases, including the Kano State victims against Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in the Trovan drug testing case, investors acquiring a stake in NEM Plc, and Cardinal Drilling in the Seplat receivership by Access Bank. As Managing Partner at Olayinka Olajuwon & Co., he oversees the firm’s strategic direction, serving clients such as Seplat Petroleum, National Inland Waterways Authority, and VFD Group Plc.

Olayinka holds an LL.B and LL.M from Obafemi Awolowo University and completed the Owner-Manager Programme at the Lagos Business School.

Kaosarat Usman

General Manager

Kaosarat is a highly experienced Facilities and Project Management professional, with extensive experience in presenting and delivering solutions in facilities and project management. Throughout her career, Kaosarat has demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate the complexities of real estate projects. Her strategic vision and hands-on approach have led to the successful execution of diverse commercial and residential ventures. Known for her meticulous project planning and effective team leadership, she has consistently delivered projects on time and within budget.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Ilorin and an associate degree from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, exemplifying her dedication to the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice.

Amin Mohammed

Head, Northern Region

Amin Mohammed has 8 years of experience working in the corporate finance sector with a number of completed real estate transactions.

He holds an MSc in Supply Chain Management from Aston University and has served in numerous management capacities, including Relationship Manager at GTBank and General Manager at eHealth4everyone.

Chidinma Ukaha

Head, Southern Region

Chidinma Ukaha boasts over 6 years of experience in investment banking, customer service, and operations. She currently serves as the Head Business Development Officer for the Southern Region at Prosperis Holdings, previously holding the position of Head Regional Operations Officer at United Capital Plc.

Her diverse expertise includes client advisory, customer service, marketing communication, corporate services, and a background as a Senior Architect at Rosebud and Thames Development.

She holds a Higher National Diploma in Architecture from Abia State Polytechnic and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the National Open University. Chidinma is a versatile professional dedicated to excellence and innovation.

Afeni Abiodun

Head of Facility Management

Afeni Abiodun is a dedicated facility manager with a strong passion for the field of facility management. His attention to detail and client satisfaction have enabled him to oversee various civil engineering developments.

He has committed over 6 years to honing his expertise in facility management. His significant contributions encompass construction, facility management, as well as general administration and management of the built environment.

Gerald Ukor

Facility Manager

Gerald Ukor is a seasoned Facility Manager at Jabetza with over 7 years of experience across educational, financial, and commercial sectors. Known for driving operational efficiency and cost savings, Gerald specializes in managing luxury apartments, overseeing site operations, and handling large-scale projects.

His expertise spans strategic procurement, budget management, and team leadership. He holds a B.Sc. in Geosciences and is enhancing his skills with certifications in Facility and Project Management.
